6. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion, unless required by law
- Video Content: Retained until you delete it or your account is deleted. After deletion, videos are purged within 30 days
- Usage Logs: Retained for 90 days for analytics and security purposes
- Crash Reports: Retained for 30 days and then anonymized
- Legal Holds: If we receive legal process, we may retain data longer as required by law
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

- Encryption of video content at rest in cloud storage
- Password hashing and salting to prevent unauthorized access

For EU residents, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in our agreements with service providers to protect your information during international transfers.

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature. Currently, there is no industry standard for DNT signals. MIZA does not respond to DNT signals, but you can manage your privacy preferences through your device and browser settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
For significant changes affecting your rights, we will provide additional notice (e.g., email notification or prominent in-app notification). Your continued use of MIZA following notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
